3. Confirm your email address

After submitting the registration form, check your email for a confirmation link from Contend.

Click on the link to verify for your email address and activate your account

4. Set or Reset your password

Upon verifying your email and activating your account; you will receive another email to set or reset your password.

Click the link to set your new password that meets the platform security requirements.

Please note: This link will expire after 1 hour

5. Access the login page

Navigate to the Contend Login Page: https://oncontend.com

Select the applicable portal to sign in (Employer or Student/Grad)

Enter your Username, Password and click 'Log in"

6. Verify your identity

After entering your credentials, you will be prompted to verify your identity with a 6-diget verification code. This can be obtained in one of two ways.

OPTION 1: Authenticator App

If you have not already set up the authenticator, download the app from your mobile app store.
Use the app to scan the QR code displayed on the login page.
The app will generate a 6 digit verification code that you will be required to use when signing in. Enter this code on the login page.

OPTION 2: Email Verification

If you prefer not to use an authenticator app, you can receive the 6-diget verification code via email.
Check you email inbox for this verification code and enter code on the login page. (If this does not appear in your inbox, please also check your junk folder)

7. Complete the login process

After entering your verification code, proceed by clicking "Verify" to access your account.
